Chef Arturo Guzman is constantly in motion during service because he is a working chef. “I don’t need an office” he says “when it is time for service, my place is with my team.” Teamwork is truly Arturo’s first priority and his work exemplifies this concept. When he joined French Garden, he brought with him two of his top cooks who have worked by his side for a number of years. “This will save us a few years of training” he related recently. The respect the cooks have for him was immediately apparent when they first came to work and their training showed on day one.
